To make sure we maintain a limited capacity in our wax bars, we can no longer accommodate walk-ins. If you’re pre-booking your wax, make sure to do so online. Once our location is open, you can also give us a call.
Arrive to your wax on your own: this includes friends, family, and children. While we’re lovers of dogs, unfortunately we can no longer accommodate your furry friends in our wax bars either.
All staff members and clients are required to wear a mask in our wax bars at all times, unless a facial service is being performed. Please make sure to bring a mask with you. If you need one, we also have disposable masks available for purchase.
We are limiting the amount of people who in our wax bars by removing the option of walk-ins, and only allowing those who have appointments right on the minute to enter. Only 2 clients are permitted at the front reception area at a time.

We have a dedicated Sanitation Specialist who will be on-location at all times. Their sole responsibilities are to ensure that every area of the wax bar is heavily sanitized in between each and every client. All of our staff have received additional training on proper ways to use PPE, as well as best sanitation practices.
Our staff members are required to wear medical-grade surgical masks during their shifts. These are provided at the beginning of their shift. Face shields are also available if requested for our team.
The members of our team are the only ones who will place and remove the products from our shelves, in order to reduce the number of contact on the products that you bring home.
