"got a Brazilian wax for the first time here last Saturday. initially I thought the wax tech did a good job. 5 days later all the hairs are coming back as if I've only shaved. I call, the assistant manager books me to come in with another tech to check it out. I come back the following Sunday, after 1 week has passed. The tech confirms all the hairs were broken, and not properly waxed, or pulled from the root. It just looks as if I've shaved and the hair is growing back. There are also many patches missed on the inside. My skin is also extremely irritated. The hair's are obviously too short to re-wax currently. The assistant manager says she needs to speak to the waxer who did the Brazilian on me. This is lost on me. As if she is going to remember me, and the condition of my hair that she waxed 1 week ago. Obviously she wants to convince me that my hair was too short and thats why the wax came out poorly. Obviously not - I told her 4 times it was quite long enough. I think its just a gimmick to avoid resolving the situation immediately and somehow putting the terrible result of the wax on ME, rather than taking ownership. She offers 25% off on my next service! LOL!!!!!!!!!! So tax in I already wasted $55 dollars on something less effective than shaving and she thinks I'm going to return and waste more money? Then she says she needs to speak to the waxer, and the manager to see if she can offer me a complimentary Brazilian wax. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As if she doesn't have the authority to do this herself, when this clearly should have been the first solution, to fix the initial mistake. I don't even blame the waxer, things happen, but you can't expect to take peoples money and charge them MORE to fix a service that was never done properly. Not a single apology for wasting all my time. Told her not to bother, because I'd never go back. Major waste of $55 and irritated skin."
