• Measure your body hair: Aim to arrive for your appointment with hair that’s approximately ¼” (6 mm). If your hair is a bit longer than this, we’ll begin your appointment with a trim. 
• Freshen up & exfoliate: Prep your skin by exfoliating prior and taking a shower. Before your appointment, you will also have access to cleansing wipes to freshen up prior, if needed. 
• Plan ahead: Although we aim to achieve a pain-free experience, if you have sensitive skin, try an ibuprofen before your appointment to make your experience that much more comfortable.
• Scan your skin: Before your appointment, check your skin for cuts, scrapes, moles, skin tags, and cold sores. Let your waxing expert know if you find anything before your service begins.
• Go bare: Skip the lotions, oils, gels, and creams before your appointment. A clean, bare surface allows the wax to properly adhere to your hair follicles.

• Stay cool: Avoid prolonged exposure to heat. This means sunbathing, saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, intense exercise—and yes, no intimate encounters for 24 hours post- wax.
• Ditch the razor: No need for a razor anymore. A regular waxing routine will give you the best results. Trust the process and let your hair grow naturally in between appointments.
• Keep it simple: Just like prior to your appointment, skip the lotions, oils, gels, and creams for at least 24 hours after your appointment. This allows the freshly waxed skin to breathe.
• Take care: Keep your skin (and hair) healthy by exfoliating and moisturizing regularly. We made it easy for you by curating an amazing line-up of hair, skin and waxing care products.
• Get comfy: Give your skin a chance to relax and breathe by slipping into your comfiest clothes. To avoid any sensitivity, we recommend avoiding tight-fitting garments for a day or two.

• What to wear: Clients are encouraged to bring a change of clothes that provides appropriate access to the area being waxed (i.e. tank top, sports bra, shorts). 
• Who is in the wax cabin: Clients under the age of 16 can decide if they want to be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian into the wax cabin. Clients above 16 cannot be accompanied in the cabins.
• Where to start: We recommend booking smaller services, as they are quick and can be stopped mid-appointment if necessary. Our experts can then even out the areas that have been waxed. Recommended for a first-time wax:

Yes, absolutely! Your membership is valid at any location in Canada!

There is no minimum age requirement to receive a waxing service at Fuzz (except for below the belt services, see below) — everyone is welcome, however;

• Clients 16 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian for their first appointment so the guardian can give ongoing consent on specific services the minor is allowed to receive. 
• Clients 14 years of age or younger must have a parent/legal guardian accompany them for each appointment until their 16th birthday. 

AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR BELOW-THE-BELT SERVICES

• Age 13 years + and under: Kini
• Age 14 – 16 years: Kini, Deep Kini, and In Between the Cheeks
• Age 16 -18 years: Kini, Deep Kini, Zillian, and In Between the Cheeks 

Please note: we will not perform a Zillian, Deep Kini or Between the Cheeks services to anyone under the age of 14, regardless of parent/legal guardian approval.

We have a 30-day cancellation policy for memberships. This means that you can cancel at any time, however you will be charged for one final membership fee on your next renewal date.

If you are a Fuzz Fan, you can continue to benefit from membership pricing until 30 days after your final payment. For Fuzz Faithful and Fuzz Fanatic, you have 30 days to benefit from member pricing for extra services, and 90 days to redeem your final services after payment.

Congratulations! We understand that while you’re pregnant, you want to feel and look your best — and that sometimes reaching those waxable places is suddenly more difficult.

You can definitely still have waxing services performed while you’re pregnant. Note that due to the hormonal changes your body is going through, you may find that your skin is more sensitive than usual and that waxing may be a little more uncomfortable. Our Fuzzologists will ensure that you’re as comfortable as possible during your service.

If your baby is due in two months of less, we recommend checking with your doctor before booking an appointment..

With The Kini™, we remove all of the hair outside of a high-cut pantiline (think skinny speedo!) and perform a clean-up of the front region to keep things neat and tidy. 

The Deep Kini™ takes it a step further, with waxing performed deeper than The Kini™ (closer to your private bits). This service leaves you super smooth in more spots with some hair removal from the top included as well as a between the cheeks wax.

The Zillian™ is the all-in waxing experience for your nether regions. This service removes all of the hair — top, sides, labia or scrotum, and between the cheeks.
