"I've had a fuzz membership for almost a year now... I moved to Oakville and I started coming to this location. Pre-covid, I've had issues with double payments, offers for compensation to remedy the situations that still resulted in me getting charged, and issues with my account so I can't get my membership discount. I contacted my "home" location in Ajax to get this sorted and started going back to Ajax until all my comped waxes were caught up. I decided to go to Oakville today for my first time back now that everything seemed fine. However there was once again an issue with my account - due to the new system apparently. They made a new account for me and said this wax would be "comped" because I had already made a pre-payment with my membership. However, I just got home to see money taken out of my bank account once again (another double payment). The only reason I gave any stars is because Shikha is a really amazing fuzzoligist and I enjoy the work that she does. When I moved, they said all the locations can access and use the same membership accounts. But it hasn't been a seamless process and I'm really fed up at this point."
