I had my first-ever waxing experience with Jessa at the Fuzz Mississauga East location, and it was fantastic! From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Jessa's professionalism and friendly demeanor turned what could have been an intimidating first experience into something genuinely pleasant. She explained every step, which helped calm any nerves I had, and her attention to detail was impeccable. I'm beyond pleased with the results.

They’re always so warm and welcoming here at Fuzz, Mississauga East! The salon is so clean and comfortable. Love coming here, it’s definitely worth every penny in time savings compared to having to do this myself. I always leave feeling super smooth!

I was excited for my service today and left so happy. Tatiana was so sweet and led me throughout the whole process. I always get a little nervous having my brows touched, but Tatiana did an amazing job shaping/evening them out. The tint colour was perfect too. 10/10 experience! Love my new brows!
