While those with darker hair and lighter skin often see the most significant results, advancements in laser technology now allow us to treat a variety of hair and skin types effectively. If you're not a suitable candidate, we'll let you know. Generally, guests with very light blonde, red, or gray hair find waxing to be the preferred method of hair removal. Our laser specialist will make the final determination on your suitability, so even if you have doubts, we encourage everyone to book a free consultation.

The duration of each session can vary depending on the size of the treatment area. Typically, sessions last between 15 to 30 minutes, making it easy to incorporate into your busy schedule.

The longevity of results varies based on individual hair types. While most individuals enjoy long-lasting results with minimal hair growth after treatment, some may experience no regrowth at all after completing six sessions. For your initial consultation, it’s best if your hair remains untouched. For all following reservations, please arrive with the treatment area shaved. This will allow the laser to pinpoint the hair follicle more effective!

Congrats, you’re on your way to smoother, carefree days! Aftercare for laser hair removal is simple. Here are a few tips to follow post-treatment for maximum hair reduction:

• Apply a cool compress to soothe any temporary discomfort
• Avoid the gym, hot tubs, sauna, and sweating 48 hours after treatment
• Avoid harsh scrubs, exfoliants, and abrasive skincare products
• Apply sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 30 to protect your skin
• Don’t pluck or use depilatory creams in between session

You’ve achieved your smoothness goals? Congrats! If you have services left in your package, you are welcome to transfer them to a loved one.! It can be done one time only and the expiry date of your package will not change despite the transfer date. s It must also  apply to the same specific body area for which you bought them. Call your home location and we will set it up for you!

Whether you purchased a pack of 4 or 6 services, the terms are the same. Packages are for one specific predetermined body area and cannot be switched. Fee is payable upfront in full and services are valid for 24 months. You can redeem your laser hair removal service at any Fuzz locations in Canada that offer laser services. 

The packages are not refundable. They are personal and cannot be shared between clients but if you have achieved your desired results and you have remaining services. they can be transferred (only once) to a loved one. The expiry date of the package doesn’t change regardless of transfer date. 

Clients with an active laser package (before expiry date) will receive 20% off anytime they purchase a product from the Fuzz line in store.
